Soft cotton handkerchieves handwoven in four lovely colours. The dyes used are azo- free so no nasty chemicals have been used.

These are made for us by ladies in a rural village 100 kms north of Kolkata. They have been taught vocational skills and traditional techniques and the technique used here is a wax resist. As part of a trust, Fair Trade practices are strictly adhered to enabling them to earn a good wage.

The care label (which can be snipped out) says hand wash but they can be machine washed, just not too hot
