Soft cotton handkerchieves handwoven in four lovely colours. The dyes used are azo- free so no nasty chemicals have been used.

These are made for us by ladies in a rural village 100 kms north of Kolkata. They have been taught vocational skills and traditional techniques and the technique used here is a wax resist. As part of a trust, Fair Trade practices are strictly adhered to enabling them to earn a good wage.

The bundle of 3 will be pot luck as to which 3 colours are included unless you specify when ordering. They are all lovely though!

The care label (which can be snipped out) says hand wash but they can be machine washed, just not too hot! Hot iron.
